Dear Kathleen Diga, Found your blog by googling "stovepipes," a term from van den Brink's powerpoint on land reform. I'm going to SA in November - a few days free in Durban and in Cape Town and a 10 day tour by Global Exchange focusing on AIDS, land reform and neo-liberal development, among other things. May I write more, ask a few questions? I have a Master's from the School for International Training in Vermont US, but that was 1979!
